Michael D. Ford, MSISE, CFPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CQA, CRE, CQE, ACPF, CPSM, CSSGB is Principal of TQM Works Consulting, for which he is widely recognized as a premier provider of corporate training across a wide array of subjects.
