His vast experience working in a variety of industries from manufacturing (automotive, construction, electronics & medical devices), service (resorts, casinos, telecom & retail stores), healthcare (out-patient care & documentation), aerospace (maintenance & servicing), logistics and back office/shared service environments (finance, HR, IT, & procurement) is emblematic of the practicality in applying TPS within any company. The Power of Organizing Your Digital Transformation

In today’s VUCA world, going digital is a big influencer to a businesses and stakeholders. Here are a few things that many don’t realize, 84% of digital projects fail (Source: Forbes 2020) + under the umbrella of digital, there are 8-11 common terms that help people through the growth process of Digital, Automation then to Digitalization. Most people who assess an organization for this journey have an end in mind to sell their product or service. What we want to share is how to best view your organization on if they are “ready” for a digital transformation. Lean or TPS is the bedrock for any transformation and with digitalization becoming a priority, we want to connect the processes, with the digital information systems and the management/leadership behaviors to maximize the impact of their journey. How we do that is by linking “applicability” of the solutions with the ”capability” of the organization. Every business should prepare for a digital transformation and know where they are vulnerable.
