As the leader of Firefly’s work in North America, Kristine has more than two decades of experience deploying process improvement and innovation methods to companies both nationally and abroad. An analytical and conceptual thinker, she works within organizations from the executive offices through to the frontline, ensuring effective and sustainable transformations.
Kristine is a Certified Analytics Professional with broad experience in organizational assessments, project management, Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, simulation and statistical modeling.
Kristine has partnered with an array of clients to solve complex business challenges, assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. She has trained and coached over 1000 Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
Her recent book, Innovating Lean Six Sigma (McGraw-Hill, 2016), shares insights from her 20+ years of hands-on experience in operational excellence.
Kristine holds an MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and earned the distinction of Fuqua Scholar. Additionally, she holds an MSc in mechanical engineering and a BS in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University
